Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

FOLIOCADE is a product and service of All Motor Collection LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as ALL MOTOR (“ALL MOTOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). FOLIOCADE is not a separate company.

These Terms apply to foliocade.com and its related pages, accounts, tools and features (the “Service”). The Service currently lets you:

• create an account using email and password or Google sign-in;
• upload a PDF or DOCX résumé, have its text read in your browser, and optionally have that text organized into structured career information with the help of an AI service;
• review and edit your employers, schools, roles, dates, projects and accomplishments;
• optionally look up public information about your employers and schools when online discovery is configured, or enter a website manually, and choose which publicly available logos, images and descriptions to use;
• generate an illustrated, explorable “career world” in an available visual style; and
• claim a personal profile address (foliocade.com/your-name) and choose who can see your published world.

The “Explore Demo” uses a fictional person and fictional companies for illustration only.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or use the Service. The Service is not directed to children. By using it you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you will comply with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Your account and security

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current, keep your password and any profile access password confidential, and tell us promptly at info@allmotorco.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not share, sell or transfer your account; create accounts using another person’s identity; use automated means to create accounts or access the Service; or attempt to bypass security, access controls, rate limits, suspensions or moderation.

4. Personal profile addresses

You may claim one personal username, which forms your profile address. Usernames are first come, first served and are not owned by you. We may refuse, reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a name or trademark, is offensive or misleading, or is reserved for the Service. Previously used usernames may remain reserved to your account so old links do not point to someone else.

5. Your career information must be truthful

FOLIOCADE presents information you provide or approve. You are solely responsible for making sure that everything in your career world — employers, titles, dates, degrees, projects, metrics, awards and descriptions — is accurate and not misleading.

• AI-assisted extraction can be wrong. Résumé structuring is automated and may misread, omit, combine or mislabel information. You must check every extracted item before generating or publishing your world. Names the system cannot find verbatim in your résumé are flagged, but that check is not a guarantee of accuracy.
• Do not claim jobs, credentials, results, clients or relationships you do not have, and do not suggest that an organization endorses you or that you worked on a project merely because its public images appear in your world.
• We do not verify employment, education, identity, skills or credentials. A FOLIOCADE profile is not a background check or verification.
• FOLIOCADE is not a staffing agency, recruiter or job marketplace. We do not promise interviews, offers, employment or any career outcome.

6. What you may and may not upload

You may upload your own résumé, profile photo, and images or logos you have the right to use. You agree not to upload, publish or link to:

• confidential or proprietary employer or client records, trade secrets, or information you are bound not to disclose;
• other people’s private personal information (for example references’ phone numbers, colleagues’ details or client data) without their permission;
• sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information or precise home address, unless genuinely necessary — and we recommend never including these;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights;
• false, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or unlawful content;
• malware, harmful code, or files designed to interfere with the Service; or
• content that impersonates any person, business or organization.

You also agree not to scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer or attack the Service, or use the organization lookup or website-retrieval tools to target websites or addresses for purposes unrelated to building your own career world.

7. Logos, images, trademarks and third-party information

The optional organization lookup suggests official websites using public search sources when configured, and reads public metadata, logos, icons and images from websites you approve or enter manually. Search availability depends on provider access, quotas and necessary permissions. Those materials belong to their respective owners. We do not own them, license them to you or claim any rights in them.

• Each suggested item shows its source. Before approving a logo, image or description you confirm that you have the right or permission to use it in your career world, or that your use is otherwise lawful.
• Displaying an organization’s name, logo or imagery does not mean the organization endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with you, FOLIOCADE or ALL MOTOR.
• If you own content that you believe is being used improperly on FOLIOCADE, contact info@allmotorco.com with enough detail to identify it and we will review it promptly.

8. Your content and the limited license you give us

You keep all ownership rights you have in the résumé, text, photos and other original material you submit (“Your Content”).

You grant ALL MOTOR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, format, adapt and display Your Content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you — including extracting and structuring your résumé, converting it into the visual style you choose, keeping backups, enforcing security, and showing your career world to the audience allowed by your visibility settings. The license includes our service providers acting on our behalf for these purposes.

We will not use your private résumé, private drafts or unpublished career world to advertise or market FOLIOCADE without your separate permission. The license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for copies retained temporarily in backups or logs, or where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes, and except for copies others have already viewed or saved under the visibility you chose.

9. Visibility settings and sharing

New profiles are private by default. Nothing is visible to others until you claim a username, choose a visibility setting and publish. The settings work as follows:

• Private: only you can view your world while signed in.
• Unlisted: anyone with your link can view it. Your page asks search engines not to index it, but anyone who receives the link can share it further.
• Password protected: visitors must enter the password you set. Anyone you give the password to can view it and could share it.
• Public: anyone can view it and it may be found by search engines and other services.

Visitors see the snapshot you last published, not your private draft. Publishing also makes your uploaded résumé file, profile photo and uploaded media available to those visitors. You can change visibility or unpublish at any time, but doing so cannot recall copies, screenshots, downloads or cached versions that others, search engines or archives already made.

10. Limits of organization lookup and AI features

Organization lookup depends on public sources that may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and some websites block automated access. Matches are suggestions with a confidence label, not confirmations. You may reject suggestions, enter a website yourself, upload your own assets, or mark an organization as having no web presence. AI extraction is subject to usage limits and may be unavailable; a simpler non-AI reader may be used instead. We may change or remove these features at any time.

11. FOLIOCADE’s intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, artwork, building illustrations, visual styles, templates, layouts, logos and the FOLIOCADE name and branding — is owned by or licensed to ALL MOTOR and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service and to share links to your own career world. You may not copy, resell, extract or reuse our artwork, styles or templates outside the Service without written permission. Feedback you send may be used by us without obligation to you.

12. Availability, changes, moderation and termination

FOLIOCADE is an evolving product. Features may change, be limited, contain errors or be discontinued, and the Service may be unavailable at times. Please keep your own copy of your résumé and important materials.

We may review, restrict, unpublish or remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms or the law, a risk to others, or a security concern. Suspended accounts cannot change or publish their career worlds, and their public profiles are not shown. Administrators can manage account status, publication and account metadata; administrative actions are recorded in an audit log. Where appropriate and lawful, we will try to tell you why.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by emailing info@allmotorco.com.

13. Third-party services and links

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, authentication, email delivery and AI processing) and may link to third-party websites, including organization websites and sources shown during lookup. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and links do not imply endorsement. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s terms.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that AI extraction, organization matches, retrieved metadata or third-party materials are accurate, complete, current or lawful to use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALL MOTOR and its members, managers, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost employment, lost data or reputational harm, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (currently, FOLIOCADE does not charge fees) or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct or certain consumer rights.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ALL MOTOR from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your misuse of third-party materials, false career claims you publish, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

17. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise. This does not take away any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version and date at the top show the current version. If we make material changes we will ask signed-in users to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use account features; you will not lose your saved content or the ability to sign in. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion.

19. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of the Service.
